Elite Office Solutions provides administrative and personal support for independent professionals and small businesses. While working remotely ("virtually") in our office in Etobicoke, Ontario we are able to assist clients worldwide.

Owner Profile

Diane Viveiros Meglio, owner of Elite Office Solutions, has over 18 years of experience in the areas of administration and event planning.  Her extensive experience includes general administrative and secretarial functions, general bookkeeping, file and data management,  training and documentation of procedures, mailing list compilation and management, and customer support.  As a Certified Travel & Bridal Consultant, she specializes in Travel and Event Planning. 

Diane's diverse experience contributes to her ability to learn your business and how best to support you in your growth and development. Her unwavering eye for excellence and her special attention to detail, coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, provide the necessary ingredients for managing all client work.
